yes u cancel at anytime and place bank wire

U should see the transfer is still pending status for several days .so after few more days u will get one email- " sorry please try another method of withdraw " and your fund will be return back to your account . So its better place wire transfer request by cancelling the local bank transfer ...

dont use local indian bank transfer use wire only
