If none of the above works, then disable/uninstall any Anti-Virus or Security Software you are running and see if that makes a difference. This has worked for me soooo many times when suddenly I can't access a website. Try it ... it doesn't seem like it will work, but it does so many times...

open in safe mode with networking and see if you can access it that way edit: also, did you try it with IE, FF and Chrome?
