My personal opinion is that the owner of the site should pick the logo - it seems like an important decision that shouldn't be left to a bunch of people with no interest in the business.

I don't like the background at all...wooden slats as a porn background? It doesn't make sense to me. But I like the template in general. The favicon is all wrong, get something more porn related than an on/off icon. I don't like the color of the 'Subscribe to' and 'Popular Post'...
