RDB, it will be fake traffic. Google has complex algorithms which detect sudden increase in traffic and then sudden decrease. Most probably you wouldn't get any good amount of money out of this but a risk to get banned.

32 bit windows cannot go more than 3 GB RAM. You have to install 64bit windows to use more RAM. This is the simplest answer I can give.
