Me too. I have liked the service so far and would like to continue using it. Hopefully with at least the major issues solved. I can live with minor stuff that might be mere inconveniences for me, but not when it affects my downloaders.

Something definitely wrong with JP downloads. They were my highest download rate and now they have suddenly stopped completely. I have gone from over 100-200 JP per day to now none.
