As far as I can tell, WJ allows hosts/owners to set the rules for their own services. There is no reason to intervene when users are not being exploited. We may not have been chosen this time, but maybe eventually.

I dunno. I'm kinda partial to the idea that registered users have more benefit for being registered. While I do agree that 1 GB per 10 days might be a bit steep - I don't disagree with it being in place. If anything, I would suggest 2 GB in 10 days. I would hint for my visitors to register...
