Uploading is back to normal? I stopped uploading on netload, as uploads always failed. I want to know if everythings back normal or not.

Upload speed is very slow. I tried to upload 170MB file size it took ages to upload. I had to cancel it, and choose other filehost. You should work on your upload speed 1st.

Premium account speed is realy fast. Mine reaches its limit 2MB/sec. So for premium users, speed limit is kinda unlimited, i guess. ;). Yes free users speed must be increase to atleast 100-150 kb/sec.

It doesn't work like that. Google will still remove your contents from google searches, they just send you email to to let you know, that they have removed links, and those links are never ever will be found on google. So using GA doesn't affect copyright mails.
