Thanks for the reply Huge. You have a good service that you offer to your customers. With your 7 day retention, it is the lowest number of days to keep files of any file host. 7 days I can not live with. You have to run your business and make your own decisions. Good luck.

Huge, I lost 40% of my files overnight. I can not believe one person would reports that many files at one time. Did any of your servers crash and no recovery the past 7 days?? how many days untill the file is deleted with no activity?? Thanks, loving your file host :)
