ask any hosting provider and youll see that you need atleast 25k minimum to invest. sounds like alot, but when you look at it when they get paid say $200 per 10,000 views/ads, they payout $40 per 10,000 views, and they also shave vpn views etc, it doesnt take long before they make their money...

OpenVZ if you want an easier setup for seller. OpenVZ easier to allocate resources per user. KVM much cheaper, abit more difficult to setup, but allows different OS'. KVM you cant properly limit resources per user

most hosting providers are $10-$20 no ads or deletions, but the dedicated server is definitely never seen by me. i used to use netu though, the $2 per tb is the cheapest ive ever seen for no deletion, but there was a thread here about them not counting views a week or 2 ago
