I undoubedtly agree with 8cores. Ticketing time isn't good. Service is 10/10. I guess if you do something about the ticketing response time, you shall progress even further :)

KnownSrv, my order number is 6654114520. I ordered DirectAdmin with my VPS, paid an extra $8 for the month for it but haven't been given details of the control panel yet. Can you look into it? I'm unable to use the hosting without it!
