Well after using the platform for a week and made a payout two weeks ago and my wallet address is correct and the payout over minimal amount it was 24$ and it was marked failed after a week and opened a ticket the last response that it was been processed and the ticket closed and never received...

Yup where is the answer to my question it's not the first time i make a payout and i was using this platform for over two months making payouts through payeer and it wasn't that high and i don't complain am just asking a simple question
