Did that to 3500000 bps, my maximum internet connection. But i dont think the problem are in my computer or IDM since I can download 16/16 from other websites. Here's an example. Try download the file with 16 connections in IDM. http://kongsisama.com/downloads/BestHDWallpapersPack302.rar.

I set max connection up to 16 in Internet download manager. But when I downloading files from my own site, I only get 10 out of 16 connections. What could be wrong on my vps? Is that mean only 10 peoples can surfing my site at one time ? Wrong setup at httpd.conf or else ? Any idea ? I'm using...
