Where to create free adult blogs?

Blogger is probably the easiest free option for this. It has an adult-content setting that places the blog behind a warning screen, so it can work for mature content. Just make sure to read their content rules carefully, especially if you plan to monetize or link to commercial adult sites.

These are the NSFW friendly free platforms that are the nsfw alternatives of blogger/Pinterest/Tumblr that I know of:

Verify the latest updates for their TOS and rules. Things change quickly...

I'm looking at your platform and it looks very appealing.
I especially like that it's .EU and not American.

(( I no longer trust doing business with the United States))

For anyone finding this later, be careful with Blogger. Adult content is allowed behind the warning screen, but their policy doesn't allow using Blogger to make money from adult content, and blogs with ads for or links to commercial porn sites get taken down. We stopped putting anything NSFW there for that reason.

Telegraph (telegra.ph) is another free option: no account, instant publishing, and pages do get indexed, but you get no analytics and little control. Overblog sounds like a good pick if it's working for you.
