Hi everyone,

I’d like to introduce my new adult community forum. The goal is to build an active community where members can discuss adult topics and share content and resources.

The forum has both free and premium sections. Registration is free, while some dedicated areas require paid access.

Premium membership gives access to additional restricted sections and exclusive content/resources that are not available to regular members.

The project is still growing, and I’m currently looking for new members as well as feedback from experienced webmasters about the structure, design and promotion of the forum.

If you run an adult website or have experience growing this type of community, I’d be very interested in hearing your suggestions.

Forum: supermarioisback.activeboard.com

Thanks for taking a look!

Hi,

I took a closer look at the forum, and honestly, I have serious concerns about the security, privacy and overall professionalism of the website.

First, the forum is hosted on ActiveBoard. While ActiveBoard is a legitimate forum-hosting service, the platform looks extremely outdated. For a paid 18+ forum handling potentially very sensitive information, I would expect much more modern security and infrastructure.

The design is also a major issue. The website looks very old and unfinished, which is difficult to justify when users are being asked to pay €25/$30 per month.

The registration system also asks for a lot of personal information, including email, full name, gender, location, birthday, country and biography. For an adult forum, collecting unnecessary personal information is especially concerning. Users should not have to provide sensitive information just to access a forum.

The payment system is another red flag. Asking users to manually send €25/$30 through PayPal to an email address and identify themselves using their forum username is a very informal way of handling a paid service. There should be clear billing information, refund/cancellation policies and transparency about who actually operates and receives the payments.

And HTTPS does not automatically make the website secure. It only encrypts the connection. It doesn't tell users how passwords are stored, who has access to their data, how accounts are protected, or how personal information is handled.

There is also the name itself: “Super Mario Is Back”. Honestly, I don't really understand why you chose that name in the first place. The website is an adult/porn forum, and there doesn't seem to be any actual connection between Super Mario and the content or purpose of the site. If the goal is simply to run a paid adult content forum, why bring Nintendo and Mario into it at all?

It makes the website look confusing and potentially misleading, and it also creates completely unnecessary intellectual-property and trademark concerns. Using a name strongly associated with Nintendo for an unrelated paid adult website seems especially questionable when there is no real Mario-related content or purpose behind it.

Overall, I'm not saying that the forum is definitely malicious or a scam. I'm saying that the combination of an outdated platform, poor design, sensitive adult content, unnecessary personal information, informal PayPal payments, and apparent use of Nintendo's intellectual property makes the website very difficult to trust.

If you're charging €25/$30 per month, users deserve a much more professional level of security, privacy, transparency and presentation.

I think one of the most important things for a new adult forum is activity.

Even with a good design, new visitors usually leave quickly if they see too many empty sections. I would start with fewer categories, keep the free areas active with regular new content, and only expand the structure when the community starts growing.

A few regular posters can make a big difference in the beginning.
