This year, we have seen a steady increase in refunds — both refunds and chargebacks — across the entire platform. For payment gateways, this is a red flag: when refunds reach a certain level or suddenly spike, the payment gateway may disable payment processing, which affects all partners, including those who have no refunds.

The issue is more serious with payments on Tezfiles: since the purchase is made to access content from a specific website, the risk of payment cancellation is higher — the site administrator may publish content infrequently or change the...

Everyone should read it. Thats all.

After the PS returned, the first day had 3 sales, the second day 4 sales, the third day 2 sales, and then worse than usual. Apparently, the garbled insurance didn't seem enough... Is it worth working or not? The stats haven't changed for 8 hours, even though I'm actively working...

What does this mean?

Do rebills not even come through in full anymore? I mean, that sale was for $9.40, with $0.94 going to "My sites."
Not to mention it’s been over two weeks with zero sales. Something is very wrong—or strange—going on; this has never happened to me in all the years I’ve been working with you.

Is it time for a change?

And another question regarding payment gates, that have been announced some time ago:

Has anyone else noticed a drop in successful transactions since the payment gateway changes that were announced recently? Trying to figure out if this is isolated to my setup or a wider issue affecting other sites/networks right now.

I checked my own numbers, comparing my last 7 days against every other 7-day period going back to July 1st:

Aug 1 – Aug 7−60.2%
Aug 8 – Aug 14−33.6%
Aug 15 – Aug 21−47.6%
Aug 22 – Aug 28−62.3%
Aug 29 – Sep 4−60.8%

Every single week since July 1st outperformed my last 7 days — no exceptions. Even my weakest week in that whole stretch (Aug 8–14) is still over 30% higher than what I'm seeing now. On average I'm running at less than half of my typical weekly revenue.

What makes this stand out more is that my traffic isn't showing the same drop — actually the opposite. My Google Search Console data shows web search clicks steadily trending upward over the same period (June through September), with no sign of a decline. So it doesn't look like a traffic or seasonal issue on my end — the disconnect between rising traffic and falling revenue makes me suspect something on the payment processing side rather than anything with the site itself.


Curious if:
  1. Anyone else is seeing a similar drop-off since the switch
  2. Whether this is a known/temporary issue or something we should be escalating with our processors
Appreciate any insight — trying to figure out if I need to troubleshoot on my end or if this is bigger than just me.
