Good afternoon, partners!
This year, we have seen a steady increase in refunds — both refunds and chargebacks — across the entire platform. For payment gateways, this is a red flag: when refunds reach a certain level or suddenly spike, the payment gateway may disable payment processing, which affects all partners, including those who have no refunds.
The issue is more serious with payments on Tezfiles: since the purchase is made to access content from a specific website, the risk of payment cancellation is higher — the site administrator may publish content infrequently or change the file-sharing project; the user may be disappointed with the quality and variety of the content; or the site may go down and remain unavailable for an extended period of time. This subscription model is also riskier for billing providers: the product being sold is access to content rather than access to a service.
Additional refunds are generated because some partners place links to both Tezfiles and K2S/FB on the same website. The user finds the subscription option that works best for them on K2S or FB and simply cancels the initial Tezfiles subscription.
The factors described above did not have a noticeable negative effect while sales volumes on Tezfiles were relatively small, but as Tezfiles turnover has grown, the risk of being disconnected from payment gateways due to payment cancellations has become unacceptably high.
We have entered into partnership agreements with payment gateways that are prepared to work with a higher volume of refunds. Since these gateways operate with higher fees, the base sales commission on Tezfiles will be increased.
Increase in Tezfiles billing fees starting September 1
Currently, a 30% gateway processing fee is deducted from the subscription price. Starting September 1, 2026, a 40% gateway processing fee will be deducted from the price of all Tezfiles subscriptions. The rest of the process remains unchanged: after the payment gateway fee is deducted from the user's payment amount, the partner receives their share according to their Productivity Scale.
The positive effect of working with these gateways is that payment processing is not disabled because of the first spike in payment cancellations, and payment acceptance does not stop due to the failure of a single payment provider. Most importantly, this allows us to distribute and isolate risks — if the Tezfiles gateway is eventually disabled, this will not affect payments from K2S and FB users.
Your Productivity Scale level does not change, and prices for users will not increase in order to avoid losing loyal subscribers.
Recommended measures to maintain your earnings level
- Switch to Gold plans if you are still on Silver. Customer prices are higher, which offsets the reduction in the base amount, but this may affect conversion — it is better to test and compare the resulting revenue.
- Consider earning from K2S if your model does not have strict requirements for store functionality: a K2S subscription addresses customer concerns by offering a variety of content partners, while also addressing processors' concerns by providing a different sales product.
- Separate your offers between platforms. Offering the same content at different prices in two places creates a reason for refunds by itself. Set up separate websites for Tezfiles and K2S.

While we're at it, we'd also like to share our plans
First and foremost, we are not scaling back the development of Tezfiles. We will transfer design solutions, engagement mechanics, and purchase conversion improvements that have been tested on K2S to Tezfiles. Of course, we will continue looking for affordable and stable payment processing channels.
Current K2S and FB status
Since 2026, traffic with a low level of trust has been growing — new users about whom payment gateways have little or no information; they account for the majority of refunds. Currently, these customers are being redirected to resellers and have poor payment performance, but the risk remains even on shared payment channels.
We are considering connecting abuse-resistant billing providers for this traffic — processing through them is more expensive, with a 40% transaction fee. Today, the terms for K2S and FB remain unchanged; if we implement this, we will provide a separate announcement.
Feedback
Questions, suggestions, and ideas — please send them to the support chat in your MoneyPlatform account. Which K2S mechanics should be implemented on Tezfiles, what tariff formats would you like to test, and what is preventing you from working — these are the things we use to set our priorities. If you have contacts or other information about affordable, stable, and abuse-resistant payment gateways, we would appreciate it if you shared them with us.
