Rapidgator working hard behind your back to leave the uploader out from the sale.


There is the Confirmation email which is a problem.

"Click the link below to validate your email address and activate your account."

If the buyer clicks on Confirm email a new tab opens in the browser
and the sale is no longer on your file.

Am I wrong?

This could be very confusing for the buyer because no way to proceed to checkout on the original tab.

Why is it so important to Confirm email in the middle of the checkout process?


In the email they are promoting the Google Play app

"You can use our Google Play app to upload and download files and to buy a premium plan"

In the middle of the sale they literally telling the buyer to buy on the Google Play app.

This is very bad for the uploader.


3rd problem is the 20% fee on the premium price.

1 month premium cost 20 USD for the buyer but they give the uploader only 7.5 USD
or 3 USD if somebody buys on the Google Play app.

They do that intentionally, they not want to pay the 50% of the 20 USD for the uploader.

However, that high fee ruins the buyer experience too. Who wants to pay an extra 20%?


4th problem is the "Limited Offer or Secret Offer".
They send a link in email when somebody aborted to buy premium,
selling premium for half the original price.
This offer valid for 48 hours.
Not a surprise they leave out the uploader from that great deal.

That is the reason sales are low.
