Our provider rebooted one of our hosts today and the API didn't come back up automatically, which made dashboards look empty and the player unavailable for a few hours.

No data was lost — all files and balances are intact and showing again. Failed remote imports can simply be retried.

The host has been fixed so this can't repeat on future reboots. Sorry for the scare.

Yesterday it was unstable—sometimes it worked, sometimes it was sluggish, sometimes it threw an error at 99% progress, and sometimes it got stuck with the progress bar going up and down in a loop.

Overnight and today, it stopped working completely—it starts uploading, gets stuck at a certain percentage (e.g., 4%), and eventually throws an error (timeout?).
 
I’d like to ask why my earnings are showing as exactly zero, even though I’m getting around 100–200 daily views from Indonesia. How are these calculated?

For example, with 106 views, I earned $0.01.

But in another instance, with 116 views, I earned $0.00.

@FlyFile Please fix it so that “live support” doesn't show as “active” when no one is responding there, because the upload feature is down again and you're more likely to get a response here than there.

The reason is probably because the player isn't working (it keeps loading indefinitely).

That one's fixed. It was failing right at the end even though the file had fully arrived. Re-upload and it should go through if it doesn't, tell me and I'll trace it.

You're right on both counts, and thanks for keeping the reports coming

Uploads: I found the actual cause this time, not a guess ,files were arriving complete and then failing at the final step. That's fixed.
Live support: fair point, I'm turning off the "active" badge when nobody's there.

Payments haven't stopped — they're running as normal. We pay out the next day, same as always, and nothing has been paused or delayed.

We found the issue. Our antifraud system wasn't accounting for something correctly and was rejecting a large share of legitimate views, and a rejected view doesn't generate earnings. That's why your totals came out at zero.

Once again, the upload still isn't working. It stops at 100%.

The player still isn't working (when I press play, the video keeps loading without end), and uploads can still get stuck in a loop (it reaches 45% and then suddenly drops back to 44%; the progress bar shows 45% again, then drops back to 44%, and so on).

Support is also showing as active, but no one has replied in over an hour.
 
Service Outage: Status Update

We are currently managing an outage affecting part of our storage infrastructure. As a result, we have lost access to some of the content stored there.

What does this mean right now?

- Some files may fail to download or play. If you experience issues with any of your files, the problem is not due to your device or connection.
- File uploads are working normally again. New files are safe and are being stored in a rebuilt configuration.
- We do not yet know the full extent of the issue. We are still assessing what can be recovered. Some of the affected content can be reconstructed from intact sources, and this work is already underway. We will not release figures until we are certain of their accuracy; we prefer to act cautiously rather than provide incorrect data.

What are we doing?

The recovery process is already in progress, and a significant portion of the affected content is being restored. We are also redesigning our storage layout to prevent a single failure from causing an outage of this magnitude in the future.

For users who upload content

Your earnings are safe and intact; nothing has been lost, and your account has not been reset. If any of your files have been affected, please contact us via Telegram, and we will review your case individually.

For me, the upload still isn't working because it gets stuck in the loop I mentioned earlier (76–81%).

Besides, it would be good if someone checked in every day to see if there are any problems with the hosting.

There’s a difference between when there’s an outage and support sends a message saying the fix might take a few days, and when nobody says anything for several days—not even letting you know if they’re aware of the outage at all—only to send a message after a few days saying the problem has been fixed or is being fixed.
 
Any Update?

I am experiencing severe performance issues with video playback on your platform.

Specifically:
- Initial video load time is extremely slow.
- Starting a video takes much longer than expected.
- Seeking / fast-forwarding through videos causes heavy delays and buffering.
