I just discovered that the legal Japanese AV files I uploaded only recently have already been removed.

May I ask what the reason was this time?

Were these files reported as child sexual abuse material (CSAM) again?

If so, could someone from your team please take just a little time to manually review them?

I sincerely believe that after a brief manual review, you will see that these files do not contain any child sexual abuse material or any content involving minors.

From my perspective, these reports appear to be malicious false reports intended to damage my account and business.

Please, I sincerely ask that you manually review the reported files before removing them.

Has two-factor authentication (2FA) been discontinued?
I previously had 2FA enabled on my account. Now, after logging out and signing in again, I am no longer asked for a verification code, and the 2FA settings have completely disappeared from my account settings.

I had just started my computer, and this was my very first download attempt, so I'm confused as to why this message appeared.

I'd also like to mention that I was able to resolve the issue where the download page got stuck at the beginning and wouldn't proceed by switching to a different web browser.

I'm not sure if this information is helpful, but I thought I should let you know in case it's related to the recent system update or browser compatibility.
