FAQ​

This video is just an example. This MKV file has softsubs in multiple languages embedded in it. But if I upload it, all the subtitles will disappear, and I’ll have to upload them manually one by one.

Problem should be resolved our system wasn't allowing self-cloning videos it has been fixed

1 - We are happy to inform you that subtitles auto extraction has been added @amy lee

To Activate

Settings -> Player Settings -> Extract Subtitles from Videos

2 - We have added a small option for this feature allowing users to include/exclude subtitles for example you can choose EN, FR, DE, ES only , all other subtitles will be not extracted from the video

What is blank? Videos pages or dashboard? what device do you use mobile or desktop ? please explain more

Because I can access the dashboard fully normally even the videos page is loading but a bit slower we are still checking what's going on

Update

The problem has been resolved it was a bad front-end code on our end breaking the videos management page on dashboard for users with large amount of videos

Only the My Videos page was affected all other parts of our system are unaffected.

For mobile users: in case the dashboard is showing blank page , please clear your cookies/cache it should work again

Video Links should be always working since we use separate server for that it's not related to the dashboard


Our dashboard is made in React , somehow Cloudflare is causing problems the strange thing is it works for many users while other users cannot access which is very strange

We did cleared the cache on our server and in cloudflare, kindly check again now
