Little question!

I was whitelisted I think, so last few payments were immediate. This one is pending (only a few hours, no bother).

I just wanted to know if I've been taken off the approval list, or done something wrong. Cheers mate 👍

Hey,

As written, our exchanger was last week including this weekend on vacation, is vacation time.
He promised to be back on tuesday or wednesday, where most or all payouts will be made.

I submitted a withdrawal request several days ago, but the funds have still not arrived. I’m not sure if there is any issue causing the delay. I have also sent emails through the website, but I have not received any response. The withdrawal status has remained “Pending” the entire time.

Could you please provide me with an update or help process this withdrawal as soon as possible?

Streamtape, you promised a 48-hour turnaround for withdrawals. It’s already been 15 days and my request is still stuck in 'pending' status. Please honor your promise and pay out my commission immediately.
