Hey everyone — sorry for the disruption with the player these past couple of days.

We added a layer to filter out bot traffic that was inflating views and diluting real earnings. It was too aggressive in some places, and that's on us.

We've just fixed it:
• No more verification on embedded players — your viewers watch instantly.
• Lighter ads across the board.

and the earning 0% works if one by one doing but i was doing both at once so its giving me error but i somehow manage to fix it and set my custom ads... and now this coming when upload any files...

btw says unlimited storage but its not... just target porn uploaders thats how you get 1m+ videos in one day...

@siam001 — your account isn't deleted and your files aren't wiped, but upload access stays restricted.

Reason's simple: most of the files receive few or no views. The service is for content that gets watched and shared — not for storing large volumes that get little to no traffic.

We'd already raised this with you on Telegram weeks earlier — we figured we could talk it through and reach an agreement there. That conversation appears to have been deleted now, but the door's still open: if you want to discuss it, we're open to revisiting the decision.

playing a single video first starts loads takes 2 to 3 minutes to only just start... have a high internet connection... Processing takes ages and like this failed.. btw today just upload 2 videos for try only both same issue failed...

1) Daily views/earnings report: We added a Daily Report table to your Analytics page — a clear day-by-day breakdown of Views, Downloads, and Earnings (e.g. Jun 24, Jun 25 …) with totals. Just switch the range to Last 7 Days or Last 30 Days to see it.

2) Moving files to folders: This is working correctly on our end now. If you still run into it, let us know the exact steps and we'll dig in.

Thanks for the report — we're monitoring ZooM uploads on our end and looking into ways to improve them. In the meantime, the website uploader and our API are running at full speed, so those are the best options for now. We'll keep you posted.

Good news — I checked your account (goul81labe41ufrage) and your files are there, showing as Ready in your file manager. A few of your very first attempts yesterday failed due to an upload bug we've since fixed, which is why they didn't appear at first. Refresh your file manager and you'll see them; re-upload any still missing and they'll go through fine now.

FTP: we don't offer FTP — uploads go through the website uploader or our API (direct upload) for automation. Your API key and endpoints are in your account settings / API docs.
