Need some opinions /advice for a french forum

Hey everyone,

I've got a pet project. I've got a french forum on the back of a movie review /streaming blog.

I had an idea of letting other people post their movies in it for views/downloads. Is this a good idea?
Assuming it's not a stupid idea... How should I go about advertising it to people ?

1. Use a registrar that doesn't ask for kyc
2. Use a host in a non-Western nation. (Russia is good)
3. Use a host that doesn't ask for KYC
4. Use Crypto

Back up every night.
Worst case scenario your site is taken offline and you can be back up within 24 hours
