Will win2008 on kimsufi 2g be very slow or hang ?

If i order a kimsufi2g with windows 2008 web edition....the free one....will i be able to install winrar, utorrent etc on it? (for uploading). Is the bandwidth dedicated 100 mbps ?. Will win2008 on 2g be very sluggish or hang ?

Quick question on the kimsufi 2g. Is the bandwidth truly unlimited or is there a after 5TB 10Mbps restriction ?
