It works on other sites because their conversion completed successfully. On StreamFlash, the MKV conversion failed. Please make sure you uploaded the correct file-the uploaded file is only about 12 KB, which is unusually small for a video. If the file is correct, I'll check the converter and fix it.

Your file is most likely corrupted. MKV (and M3U8) files need to be converted before they can be played, which may take a few minutes. In this case the conversion failed, so please try uploading the file again or use an MP4 version if possible.
