I have my content in notepad files and want to post them on my forum. Obviously, I don't want to do it manually and therefore I am looking for a software that automatically posts threads with my .txt files. Hope someone has something for sale in this direction :)

Is it possible to request forums or pay an additional fee for every forum that you want to be added? Cause I want like 10 forums that are not on the list, and I am willing to pay for it. Also, some sites on the list are not online anymore..
