What's up with the video opening in a new tab when I press play? Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi. Is there a missetting with the ads? There's suddenly 4 popups at the start of every videos. Even though my adlevel is set to minimal ads. Could you please take a look at this issue? Been a long time user of your service. Keep up the good work.
