Well Robin, Its allowed Since Names cannot be copy righted.
And more ever its not a legal registered company, so they should be fine.

But the point is, they shouldnt have done that, since they are using some Reputated Brand Name to get sales. You can see many of such names around
Like ovhsellers ovhservers 100tb.com 100tb.eu etc etc.

Well that's their choice, a unfair one, we can do nothing about it.

People i have a small problem, when uploading to fileserve with zoom uploader it saying that upload is complete and the program gives me a link but when i look in file manager in fileserve there is not any new file, somebody else have the same problem?
