I am looking for an offshore host that allows me to host a site about hacking games. It would be nice if warez and proxies are also acceptable but not necessary. I will be hosting a nulled invision power board forum, so acceptance of that is absolutely necessary

My requests are

Disc Space: 25+ GB
Bandwidth: 150+ GB
Cpanel
PHP and a Mysql server
