Hello Deejam
RDP accounts do not come with Admin access, hence you cannot install applications. If you need any specific application, you will have to request it.
More ever IDM is already installed.

Oh I'm so sorry I haven't noticed that. The screenshots that I have taken are of the NL server. I'm gonna test out the US server too and will provide you details.
