Knowing that you use and adblock blocker, and that you are not a free service (have a lot of restrictions which makes it hard for the same person to download from your site multiple times in the same day), what can be the reasons for not counting almost half downloads ?

We count all complete and incomplete downloads but just we pay for 100% complete downloads.
