The difference between openload and rapidvideo is that Openload have a single format to chose from and Rapidvideo have 4 formats and the cost are higher. So if they want to use only those type of advertiments they need to add 4 times more popups and a skip video ad, but only to cover the costs. The sales from premium to work in general, is to limit free users on watching periods , slow speeds and some popups.

Suggestions to generate sales:

- make HQ / HD res only available to viewers who buy a premium account. If you want more, you have to pay more.
- block free users or add waiting times for free viewers during peak times

I doubt that a watching limit of 74 minutes is an effective way to sell premium accounts and finance the service. It's so easy to become a "fresh user" by obtaining a new IP. I agree with the majority here that you should find a solution soon to make viewers, uploaders and yourself happy. :-)
