The newest trend is that, everyone are so depersate and spams so much videos for little views, mostly his videos doesnt bring us views, in this situation causing always extreme load on the encoders and high cost to us, we cant upgrade our encoding farm at this moment and so we are always overloaded, it always causing to reduce rates to lower.

I will programming a 2 class system in the encoding system, those users who bring us views, will get pirority.

If its not improved, then PPD is closed, except for rapidvideo.com


Edit: just got info from DC, its a outage of parts of the internal network, the techs are working on the issues.

Added after 16 Hours 37 minutes:

Yesterday, the internal network was stuck, so we released a improvement patch to our encoders, now the encodings is smooth today.

Oh my god- this guy is so shameful.
I came to know from one of my friend who used his rapid video service which he is so passionately promoting to his uploaders to earn good money. It's a trap and he is promoting a lie.
HE SHAVES the views on rapidvideo.
Proof- Whatever new videos u upload on your site using rapid video. Make a folder of newly uploaded videos and then u can see the discrepancy between the number of views you get actually displayed in folder views and how much views are counted by him. Sometimes your folder views will be high and when you open the folder and add the views of individual videos - total will be less than the folder views.
This difference might range in thousands for good uploaders and in hundreds for new uploaders which can't be explained by upto 3/ip excuse. You will see similar difference between the total views and rated views i.e views counted for your earnings.
So in a way he is just scamming his uploaders. Better shift to other good upliaders if you want to earn real money because he won't let you have make any good money.
 
Always promoting me as bad guy?, you are always inventing reasons... eh... use other hosts if you are not happy, we told you already and you need psychological help.

It is a display bug and i checked it, the views in the folders is included views from deleted files and dmca files too... So its been fixed, thanks. Again, we don't shave.

Good news for everyone on www.rapidvideo.com users. Many users tried too many remote uploads at the same time which is hurting our perfomances.

So we recreated new remote upload system with an queue. You can just add links and you are able to close the browser, we take care for your remote uploads without worrying about it.

Following hosts are supported at first, more is coming yet:

direct ftp-links
 
I have turned off black background for subtitles in settings.
It's working fine on raptu site (?v=xxxxxx), but it still appears on others using embed.

How can I fix this? :wacko:
 
Hi friend fast, remote upload videos are not generating Thumbnail and remain with the status "Online Standby (Waiting for data transfer)" even after several hours? Is everything normal?

Yes... i know about this issue, one turkish guy created 5 accounts and uploaded a lot of videos with 50-60 threads, so the upload infrastructure got stuck, we are still small site yet... and i temporarily banned this server IP for better perfomance.
