No offense, but you have to create a ticket if you want your problem solved. You can't just troll around and hope for a fix.

Ok, if you think having problems with uploading files is same thing with trolling, it's your problem.I post screenshots and everything you need to know about this problem.If you want to sent the problem to your techs it's ok, i will not.

And btw you are in section File Hosts Official Support , maybe you talk with mods to move your thread to filehosts discussion if you are not here for support but for

When you sign-up you get a $6 bonus, that's what you see on your refs. Would be overkill to give you ref earnings for that.
All they did was sign-up they didn't "earned" it.

I have troubles in counting downloads too four day ago
I will not use terafile again till this bug become fixed
I will not waste my time for nothing
we all need immediate answer

Yes, we wont pay for nothing.
By default XFS will count all downloads, even if 1 user has multiple downloads in 24 hours from 1 file. So we changed this days ago.

Now its only 1 user > 1 download per 1 file > 24 hours.

If you believe something went wrong, please create a ticket including:
- File link
- IP address
