How often are payments sent?
What does the user have to do for it to count as a view?

Edit:
Yikes.. after showing the visitor 3 popups you still require 100% video load to count as a view. Good luck

Receive payments within 3-7 business days.
A view is counted after 80% of a video is watched.

We are currently testing using just popunders instead of popunders and banner ads.

Welcome to WJ.

Thanks!

Video loads pretty slowly.. (only loads about 5% faster then it plays)

Are you watching it using Flash or HTML5? With HTML5, often the video will only buffer so much then wait until more has played before buffering more. To check to see if you are using Flash or HTML5 try right clicking on a video. If it is Flash it will say "About Adobe Flash Player version#". Also what location did you watch the video from?

It was a 20 minute video and it didn't actually show up as a view until the video was over.

I just tested this and it worked fine. Watched around 35% and it showed up in the stats 2 to 3 minutes after.

it just says 'about jwplayer' so it would appear its giving me the HTML5 version by default. I'm watching the video from US.

I uploaded a second video I closed it at ~30% complete and after 5 minutes it did show up as a view so that is good.

Also, the new "infinityads" that you just added its redirected me 2 of 3 times I've loaded it up.. I don't think a 4th popup is needed >_< in addition when I view a file on mobile then the popup redirects in the same tab rather then opening in a new one.. not sure if there is anything you can do about that.

Yes, that means you are watching using HTML5 which explains not buffering far into the video. It shouldn't cause any performance issues though.

Good to hear. :)

What phone OS are you using?

I'm using my ipad 2 running iOS 6 .. player doesn't show in Safari but shows in Chrome but then constantly kicked off the page so can never get to the player. Same result on my Windows Phone 8 on UC Browser / Internet Explorer (however, with a few tries I can watch it on my phone)

The video should be working on iOS6 in Safari. I have tested it on an iPad Mini and iPhone 5. What is showing up where the video player should be?

Seems to be working now that the popup isn't taking over the embed.

Previously it was just showing up blank.

But seriously, thanks for being awesome and fixing the issues quickly! No one else seems to do that here. I've added a test video to my site to see how users like it :)

No problem! That's what I'm here for.

The popunders being shown on iOS are annoying as they seem to open up the App Store. I will look into it, but I don't think I can control that.
