One of the non-encoding box has a catastrophic HDD failure (again) and needs to be replaced and OS reinstalled and maybe all data will be lost again.

After re-installation, I have a few issue with rpd, and getting constantly awesome speed> sometime it reached up 200 MB/s both zoom/ftp.
but today webmstarerz solved all issue in LIVE SUPPORT SKYPE, really appreciate, vouch for next month without question....

For me one winrar process is more than enough.
About uploading/downloading: I usually open Windows Task Manager (CTRL SHIFT ESC)- and continously monitor performance, CPU- memory usage, networking - , and try to adjust my up/dl needs to current server load and let others to breathe either. If the server is at heavy load i usually go for a walk
When load is very low, sometimes i up/dl more than 4-5, extremely when a certain filehost is slow like a turtle and total speed of all files is still low (for example bitshare has a real shit speed sometimes).
