Regarding daily reboots. I don't really like this. This was one major reason why I moved from the other RDP provider (dedifrance) because of their annoying daily reboots.
I'd usually like at least utorrent to be running. If you want to have daily reboots, then I suggest you find a way to automatically login of users so that any programs which we have specified to be run during login will be run.
Otherwise we'll have to manually logon after each reboot to re-run whatever programs.
If you really need to reboot, I'd prefer 1 time per week.

My opinion if it is needeed reboots can be made every day but in some time already established so all users will have time for starting again utorrent ..... or whatever else they use .

Yes server is down for last 15 hours more than 10 hours is offline , support on Skype says it will be fixed soon .

Server was down and it is up now.
Server was working fine. You checked it late. It was gone down again while you came and now it is working fine now.
