How to work?

there are two ways to work:
1. place a script on your site that will detect if it's mobile traffic or not. if yes the user will be given mobile offers based on Device - Country- Operator - carrier/ip range.
2. using banners and users will be sent to the offers if they clicked oin the banners(but this is better only if you have a mobile version of your site).
