I think it is nonsense decision, why?
Because uploaded is one of the biggest filehost and so many users uploading here, so when they will do ban (if importing files is reason) rapidgator too, I think they will big discrease of posts.
BTW, don't like forums like pornbb, expecially big forums they will ban you without reason, I had this problem many times... better have your own site/forum, even if you will have less traffic!
