I used bank transfer.

I don't think so, cuz I requested twice via bank transfer, the first time has no fees I got full payment in my bank account, but this time, 13.5 euros are missing.

Will you plz let me know why the first time there are no fees but the second via bank transfer it had fees for 17.5 euros?
