I had a message on my plan for 2 day ban because i was encoding 2 file a the same time ( xilisoft bug ) but it been 3 days now . No news. Customer account deleted. So it probably become a perma ban. Thanks for treating your old customer like that.

Future customer of awesome RDP enjoy the overselled plan. They have 24 core server that it's great in the paper but with more than 12 users. So what the point ??

Moreover you never make mistakes ? Like 2 reboot a day. Account unvalaible for one day, don't auto reactivate after ban ? Because it's not ban that i'm angry at. The law is the law.

First time i was not warned but banned, i open a ticket, and after warnned, that's different. Because nobody told me at first place that i can encode 2 vids a the same time. But it's ok you can delete my account i don't need it anymore, i just bought to someone who still can enjoy the money they earn. ( 24 core server as well )
