It looks netload's counting PPD in past. they were giving 25$/20000 downloads
(but they were counting everydownload even if download stopped )
it was 1.25$/1000 download. Max value was 5$/1000 download. Your rules
smells yummy cookies, but when I tested it, it smells cookies made by shit.

even if its looks yummy, but shit is shit

I own a market and a customer buys a bottle of water from me. When I ask for the money he says he won't pay because he already bought a bottle of water from an another market earlier that day.

Yeah this is not cheating, this is something else.

if the customer buys a premium account from user a and then a second premium account from user b, both users will get the premium payment. But who needs 2 bottles of water at the same time?

if you want to compare something, compare apples with apples and not apples with oranges.

press ctrl+alt+shift+enter
it will open the cheat console
type developer 1
then type act_godmode 1
and after that
type act_faircount 1.0
you will notice a significant change in your brain wave patterns
and soon you will be able to understand how the actual counting is done
once you activate the cheat codes then you will also notice a fair increase in the download counts

I wasn't talking about your PPS system. For the last 10 pages people are trying to understand your PPD system and the example I gave is a good explanation for it.

PPS and PPD are active at the same time; you talked about selling something which happens when you sell a premium account via PPS, by downloads you don't sell anything, only our traffic is used, so in what way was that a good explanation?
 
I got old and new files wich should have some downloads but i dont have none.In FileManager they just count premium downloads,before PPD went back it was like that,now i dont believe it changed.Im sure i have downloads but what f*cks it up is that rule of one IP x 24h,so you could get 500 DL's but if all of already downloaded 1 file from UL you will not get a single penny.Thats enough for dont use this host,otherwise there are people that are getting good results,but probably they will double their results with another hosts,they are not cheating as that rule is written on his page.
