You are claiming to be 'new' but this domain has been running xfileshare script for a long period (for a xfileshare site). We are paying $15 for tier 1 countries and lot of affiliates are doing $10 so it is competitive. We will look at numbers down the road and see what kind of promotions or upgrades we can do to the affiliate program.
