remote looks well for a while and then if download keeps wait or slow, suddenly
it forwards to all urls to Queued mode (make them Queued) after 30-60 min.

There is no even a chance to buy a premium account from earnings, can you give at least free premium account for the uploaders?

Filepost you are focused on solving uploader problems. but what happens with downloaders? I think they are important as well. remember that they can stop paypal subscriptions if you offer bad speeds like wupload

You are not right, sorry. Everything in the system is related to each other ( as in any other complicated system), since the system is loaded, that may influence the download speeds also. So we are improving the whole system - and that will help to improve not only upload, but download as well.

I bet the most users do not understand how complex any high load system is (including ours one with lots of servers are involved). Try to find the engineers with real experience with high load projects - you will be surprised. And we have such engineers, btw, your words sound really offensive to our team ( I should not say that probably, however I will).

remote upload solution

Limiting the url is not solution, I will tell again, BUY A NEW CODER to do
its not DIFFICULT,

I can put 1000 files in remote list, but if REMOTE UPLOAD can get files 5 by 5
keeping rest at WAITING mode and when a file is completed anoter file starts
works like FLASHGET or download manager.

And another idea, if you make a new window for FAILED files (not in ACTIVE window)
we can follow them easier.

We do grant premium accounts without problems to the partner who can show successful stats (both downloads and sales) from other file hostings. Btw, I need to say that the problems with upload have not influenced the stats significantly - users continue downloading existing files and making sales.

Need to say that our engineers almost completed the optimization of the system - ftp speed should be better as well as web upload speed. RU still may have files in the queue however files are uploaded finally into the accounts. Also we expect more servers to be delivered and set up soon.

@FilePost, No, I didn't mean like that. I understand that you guy did your best. Please don't misunderstood. If you look at all my post, you will see that I always said that FilePost has a strong system. That mean your engineer is good too.

However, web upload speed is drop down rapidly. The day before, I can upload with 10-30 Mbps. Yesterday, 500Kbps as fast as ftp upload. Today, better a little bit. I got 1 Mbps.


So I disagree with your word. Ftp isn't better. It's web upload that drop its speed to equal ftp upload.

I think the problem is only for registered users. I tryed on free side few hours ago and it worked with 20-30 mb/s. Now i see the free side uploading it's closed.

create the move file system and limit the port speed.

how it works? creating a move file system will help a lot. we will work with 10Gbps port and raid 1

server specs: linux OS, 10 Gbps port speed, 1000 GB RAID-1 x 2, at least 12 GB RAM, latest Xenon processor.

SERVER 1
disc 1 (1 TB capacity Raid 1): will be for downloaders only and port speed set to 5 Gbps serving aprox 100 premium users downloading to 5Mbps (temporarily)

disc 2 (1 TB capacity Raid 1): will be for uploaders only and port speed set to 5 Gbps serving aprox 50 uploaders uploading to 10Mbps as limit. But when the upload ends then the file will be moved to disc 1 so as it is Raid 1 disc it will be moved asap in less than 5 seconds

when disc 1 is full then disc 2 will keep the new uploaded files on it and will serve to premium/free users, then the entire server (10 Gbps port) will be used for downloaders now it can serve +200 premium users

inactive files or deleted by copyright will void the server again, server must be monitored when they are free of files to be re-used again, =) but that guys that are uploading 9 TB in Hollywood movies will cost you a fortune
