Hi slim4you, We count video only if it is fully viewed, which means the video has been played completely.

- could you explain more about your situation? what you mean on "can't connect"? can you access our site? or you can't watch video only? or both?
- what time you couldn't connect to videozer. and does it work now? and your location
- or further checking, u can also provide us your videozer username and the video's name which you tried to view

There are some problem, I can not move video from my videos to another folder. Can not move with select all file, but select one or some files can move. Does anyone have a problem same that?
 
I have some files that are stuck in review, they have been there for a while now.

Also is there a bonus when you hit 100 premiums sold.
