Thank you for this. But I see no button to request payout?
For me download counter is working fine and i have also been credited with a few sales.
For me ~10% less download than usual. In reality, however, this means ~30% less, as the numbers are naturally higher at weekends than during the week.
What I wanted to say, however, is that it is incorrect that the statistics are completely frozen.

So they gave you free premium for storage, made paypal payout with zero fee, and your are complaining about what?

It is from next week, this week is zero fee.Fee: 3.5% or min 2.00 USD. Minimum payout is 15.00 USD.

Sometimes they mark payout as paid and after few hours you get the money. There is sometimes delay at exchanger.
