As most of my users are from INDIA. Had to remove Dood Links as 80% users complained video is not accessible.
So, as I told you yesterday, dood doesn't work for Indians. Fortunately, unlike you, most of my traffic comes from the US and Europe.

if doodstream actually closes, where would you all go?
is streamtape a viable alternativ?
I don't know, I was thinking of my own server. The only problem is that it would require a huge amount of bandwidth (10 tb per day). And I don't have that many technical skills to take care of a dedicated server.

I was thinking of same, but its not just cost overhead which starts atleast $500/mo but managing it with CDNs, handling DMCA's would be the biggest headache. I have seen many sites who start with own dedicated or cloud but shutdown within a month or two.

Any reliable high speed video host DMCA tolerant with premium plans would work.

Most sites that do this upload their video to a secondary site and then embed it on their main site, which poses no problem for the dmca since the video is not on your main site.

What about DMCA notice in secondary site ? Who and How will you handle that ?
Reverse proxy is no more secure.
DMCA reports in CDN's might suspend your CDN domain.
So its pretty tough nut to crack these days unless your site is not that popular to come under radar.

I know that for the best known for example incestflix does it regularly, and rarely have problems they have servers at OVH for example, unless you are really big (Millions of visitors per day), I don't think it is a problem. Look, doodstream only started having problems recently (late last year) even though they got this big way before.

I was thinking about this, the servers are in England, the bandwidth is unlimited and you can have huge amounts of storage, the problem is the price. At the moment my porn site brings me 3100 Euros per month net profit after paying my server. But when I see the prices, it could cost me 800 euros for something good.
