    Are you sure? Incestflix and even Doodstream use Ovh even though the parent company is in France (France whose ISPs have blocked doodstream), so if such big sites are getting through, why not? what would you personally recommend?

    I know that for the best known for example incestflix does it regularly, and rarely have problems they have servers at OVH for example, unless you are really big (Millions of visitors per day), I don't think it is a problem.     Most sites that do this upload their video to a secondary site and then embed it on their main site, which poses no problem for the dmca since the video is not on your main site.
