Looking for Server with 100Mbps guaranteed port for good price

[oceanking]

hello and good day.

im looking for a server with a Guaranteed 100 Mbps port, i have few other requirements as below:

• at least 2 cpu cores or even 1 would be ok, if vCpu then atleast 4 to 8 or in between. (not sure how vCpu are mesure compared to real cpu core)
• from 4 to 8 to 16 GB of Ram is needed.
• Port with Guaranteed 100 Mbps and if some times more than assigned it would make it a sweet deal but my server need to have its own 100 Mbps connection.
• Disk around 20 to 40 GB is enough.
• Location is preferred to be either Russia or Iran, if not then Germany is preferred over any other due to ping tolerance. location can be compromised on based on the price.
• can pay for in advance for a whole year worth of rent if offered a good discount.
• budget is from starting around $25 on the low end to $120 USD / Month
• Please feel free to send offers directly to me or in the reply.

I forgot to mention that the use case of the server is a dedicated proxy and a small few GB CDN for some Files. so i would need a fast storage preferably nvme storage. lastly i want to add that ill be making my payments in crypto and preferably in XMR and if not possible in XMR then in USDT or USDC
