Why NETU.TV has so high rates?

I remember this hosting since 2016 year.

This hosting had 80$ per 10,000 for Tier 1 countries and Tier 1 included not only USA, GB and Canada but all English speaking countries with nearly whole Europe! Also, even thought officially they kept inactive files for 60 days in fact it was much more. And I hardly remember they had ever deleted any video for DMCA complaint.

When I googled the contact email of the admin and also received an email from him, on basis of his name doubtlessly the website as the admin were RUSSIAN.

After years the system changed a bit. Now they have different premium accounts on the basis of views per days. Also, instead of 2 Tiers now they have 4 Tiers and Russia is in the lowest. 5% minimum view time changed to 1 minute.

So, despite that "downgrade" after years it has still higher rates than the other video hosting websites. If any of you had any experience with website please share your opinions. Who is the team behind this service? Or really there is only that Russian guy Michael Bisheev? Why they have so high rates? Or was this website SCAM and they don't pay more after sometime?

They also put that while the price of the monero is not paying.

almost 3 months without paying, as it says above is crazy to try to generate more visits on a site that is not paying, besides that already had been a while that the computation of visits had fallen sharply
 
I ask to close this topic of a site that makes fun of us, it's a scam, we don't know who it is or how? be more pragmatic demand your rights Be strong! There is no admin for that site, you don't open a topic, you talk like a fool here

"dude" i tell u about netu.ac main domain, u can look about other domains like waaw, hqq..and every domain have same dstat (- 500k p/m), what does that mean? I don't know if you can read or if you are pretending to be very smart, you see that people are using it more and more like second player or they just don't use netu, i know big website who using netu like main player, and now change all to filemoon.. That's why I said, the statistic is correct, whether you like it or not. Player is failing day by day
 
you protect him on the net when that guy steals our money, mind your own business, he can't stay here anymore, the man doesn't pay us, don't stop him
